The Cincinnati Business Excellerator’s ETA Fund, a Cincinnati-based CDVCA member community development venture capital fund, has invested in International Display Systems (IDS), a Dayton-based company that specializes in the design, installation, and maintenance of passenger information display systems for airports and public transit agencies across more than 30 states.
